I will be honest here: Reading about macroeconomics sometimes makes my head hurt.
It is my opinion that the U.S. economy is in a remarkably tenuous position. Why? Well, today I happened upon a nice blog post that pretty much summarizes my uneasiness.
I will let that post, and its accompanying charts, tell the story.
If that isn't enough, John Hussman (manager of Hussman Funds) writes investing-related articles that generally are top-shelf. His February 22 edition, entitled "The Likely Range of Market Returns in the Coming Decade," is worth a read.
